1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for Nexera CRM subscription purchases. Nexera CRM is operated by Nexcrest IT LLP (“NexCrest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
CRM subscription payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Refunds, where approved, are typically issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. CRM subscriptions and renewals
- Nexera CRM is sold as a recurring software subscription (3-, 6- or 12-month terms, depending on the plan), as shown at checkout.
- Your purchase is for licensed access to the CRM Service for the billing period shown at checkout, subject to your plan and seat limits.
- By completing a purchase, you authorize recurring subscription charges until you cancel.
- You can cancel future renewals from your account billing settings (or via the method described in your Paddle receipt / customer portal).
- After cancellation, you generally keep CRM access until the end of the current paid billing period.
- Cancelling a CRM subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period.
3. No free trials
Nexera CRM does not offer a free trial. Paid access begins as soon as your purchase is completed, so please review the plan features and prices on our Pricing page before you buy.
4. Standard refund position
Because Nexera CRM is a digital SaaS subscription with immediate access after purchase:
- Fees for the current CRM billing period are generally non-refundable once access has been granted
- Partial-period refunds, unused seat refunds, and prorated refunds for voluntary downgrades or early cancellation are generally not provided
- Plan changes and seat reductions typically apply according to the CRM billing rules and do not create an automatic cash refund for amounts already paid
5. When we may issue a refund
We may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion (or as required by applicable law) in cases such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges clearly caused by a billing error
- You were charged after a valid cancellation that should have stopped renewal
- Material service failure that prevented reasonable use of paid CRM features for a significant period, and we were unable to remedy it within a reasonable time after you reported it
- Other exceptional circumstances we determine in good faith
Consumer cooling-off or statutory refund rights may apply in some jurisdictions even for digital services. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us as soon as possible with:
- The email / account used for the purchase
- Order or transaction ID from your Paddle receipt (if available)
- Date of charge
- Reason for the request
Contact: info@nexcrestit.com
We aim to respond within 5–10 business days. If a refund is approved, processing time depends on Paddle and your bank or card issuer (often several business days).
You may also be able to manage billing inquiries through Paddle’s customer tools linked from your purchase receipt.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of account access while the dispute is reviewed.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
